Dear Contemporary Communication Partner,

I say this often enough, and I will say it again. Thank You for your prayers, your support and your financial faithfulness! It is needed, and we are seeing God work in some special ways.

Wherever and whenever we present the truth of God's Word, His timeless principals and His unchanging promises, we see supernatural transformation taking place. There is a verse in the Bible, taken from Psalms, that has had new meaning to me as I have been spending time in God's Word. It comes from Psalm 18:29b: "With my God I can scale a wall." Isn't it interesting that the walls of life enter on a daily basis? The wall of loneliness, the wall of frustration, the wall of relationships gone bad, the wall of financial pressure, the wall of unpredictable circumstances and the list goes on and on and on; but through it all, with God there is no wall that we cannot scale.

This is the truth, with Contemporary Communication and The River Community Church, that we present weekly, regularly and on a daily basis. Our faith is not based upon circumstances and/or feelings, but on the promise that God will never leave you and me. No matter how thick or big the wall, with God, we can scale it. This is not just inspiration rhetoric. This is truth...a promise...and hope for the future.

Early in June, I will be traveling to Texas to baptize five young men that professed their faith in Christ. They desire, in from of their friends and family, to declare that they will live for Christ. What a privilege, what a joy! I am also preparing for a great trip to California, June 19 - 24, to minister/speak and to help students and staff with the walls in their lives.

Whatever your wall, God is bigger! Thank you for allowing us to present the truth, hope and assurance of God's Word. It is making a difference!
